Common Symptoms of Menopause

These may persist for a few months or even several years.

  • Hot flashes and/or night sweats

  • Menstrual irregularities, including a decrease in the amount and duration of menstrual flow and episodes of multiple periods in a cycle or missed cycles

  • Discomfort during intercourse due to vaginal dryness

  • Fatigue

  • Irritability

  • Nervousness
