Our front office staff schedule appointments, answer questions, and will refer you to the
appropriate member of our staff when necessary. Patients may be referred
by other physicians, by other patients, by the emergency department, or
you may call directly. At times a referral is needed for an appointment.
We welcome new
gynecologic and obstetric patients. Your first visit may take up to an
hour, so please allow ample time. If you have been under the care of
another physician, please have the records sent to us prior to your first
appointment. If you are taking medications, please bring the names and
dosages with you.
We respect the value of your time and
want to spare you long waits. Our specialty does involve emergency
procedures, surgical delays, and the least predictable of all, deliveries;
consequently, we ask for your understanding. If we are running behind, our
staff will attempt to notify you. Please make sure we have your current
phone numbers. You may also call prior to your visit to see if we
anticipate any delays. We also request that you arrive promptly for your
visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late,
please call the office as soon as possible. We schedule appointments
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
