Our fees are based on the nature of the procedure performed, the amount of time and the professional skill required. They are set within the usual and customary level for this region.

Cash, Checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover are accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service.

If you have any questions about your bill, please call our office at (480) 820-9000. Don't hesitate to inquire about the cost of our services. If you have temporary financial difficulties, it is important to let us know so a payment plan can be arranged.

Please note that the bill from Tempe Obstetrics and Gynecology does not include laboratory fees, hospital costs, anesthesia fees, and radiologist fees, which are billed separately.

Insurance companies differ in coverage, deductibles, payment schedules and requirements for second opinion or admission pre-authorization. It's the patient's responsibility to contact her insurance company before any planned procedure.
